Comments: Beginning next week, I am going to start posting my Weights & Measures on Sunday. I've noticed something interesting. Despite the lack of the scale's overall movement, my tummy looks a little flatter and my clothes are looser. Yesterday, I wore a t-shirt I bought 10  years ago that I haven't worn in ten years because it was too tight! Now I actually have some wiggle room in it. It's two sizes down from most of the shirts in my closet.

Comments: I think I'm officially stalled out. I seem to gain and lose the same few pounds over and over again. I'm experimenting to try and find something to break the stall. The fat fast worked, but as you can see, I gained it back when I went back to regular low carb eating. I'm still not sure if it was the fat or the calories that made the difference, but I certainly can't eat like that everyday. I'll figure it out and bust through this stall someway, somehow.

Comments: The last time I measured, I was in the 50's all the way around. I've definitely lost weight and a pant size. I wear a 1x now, but I could probably wear a smaller size. I'm kind of self conscious about my tummy, so I tend to wear my clothes a little loose.
